Tranzit-1 Ltd. can immediately detect if rainwater is leaking into the sewer with a smoke generator sewer test. The method is perfect for detecting irregular connections, blocked drains and hidden trouble spots - quickly, without destroying the system and with full documentation.
The smoke generator test is most often used in municipalities and districts where after heavy rainfall, the sewerage system overflows in several places, or where the sewage treatment plant hydraulic overload you will sign up.
This problem often stems from the fact that rainwater is discharged into the separate system sewer, usually through hidden or illegally installed connections - for example, gutters, garage drains, storm drains.
During the test, a visible, dense plume of smoke is introduced into the sewer through a public manhole using a smoke generator. Where the smoke appears, there is a connection between the sewer and other systems outside the sewer.
The appearance of smoke indicates a problem here, for example:
If the smoke is not occurring in the intended location (toilet, sink, bathtub, floor drain), there is an irregular drainage of rainwater.
