- Relevant for the treatment of waste from grease trap cleaning.

3. Requirements for stormwater and utility systems

- OTÉK - Government Decree 253/1997 (XII. 20.)
- Sets out stormwater drainage requirements for properties.

- Rules on illicit connections to the isolated sewerage network
- Water utility contracts and local government regulations require that rainwater cannot be discharged into the sewerage system (Legal basis for the flue gas study carried out by Tranzit-1 Ltd.).

4. Health, safety, environmental and vehicle rules

- XCIII Act of 1993 on Occupational Safety and Health
- It regulates sewer cleaning, working in confined spaces and handling hazardous substances.

- Act LIII of 1995 on the Protection of the Environment
- General requirements for minimising the impact on the environment.

- Decree No 7/2002 (I. 18.) KöViM - Technical conditions for road vehicles
- It also applies to specialised sewer washers, siphoners and ADR vehicles.
