We have the necessary permits for the collection, transport and pre-treatment of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, as well as the vehicles and qualifications in accordance with ADR regulations.

2. Water and sanitation legislation<\/h3>

- Government Decree 58\/2013 (II. 27.) on water utility services<\/strong>
- Defines the mandatory professional rules for the operation and maintenance of the sewerage network.<\/p>

- Government Decree No 220\/2004 (VII. 21.) on the regulation of the pollution load of surface waters (wastewater discharge)<\/strong>
- Applies to operations relating to the temporary collection and treatment of waste water.<\/p>

- Government Decree 72\/1996 (V. 22.) on the emission limit values of water pollutants<\/strong>

    3. Requirements for stormwater and utility systems<\/h3>
